Basketball Skills

In the basketball arcade game Basketball Skills, players have to try to make baskets in all of the different game types on offer. There are three ways to play the game: speed, time attack, and distance.

How to play Basketball Skills

In arcade mode, you have ten ball to use and have to keep making goals, even though each score makes the game harder.

In the time attack game, the goal is to make as many baskets as you can in the time allotted. You have an unlimited number of ball, but only so much time. When you score in distance mode, you can make your shot farther away each time. You must keep the distance from zero; if you do, the game is over. The more times you miss, the farther away the ball will get.

Here are some important games for basketball skills

  1. Pick out your skills
Work on your speed, control, and different ways to dribble the ball.
Shooting: Work on getting good shots from different spots on the court.
Practice different kinds of passes, like the chest pass, the bounce pass, and the overhead pass.
For defense, work on your footwork and placement.
  2. Get the drills ready.
Dribbling race: Set up cones so that you can dribble around them in a race style.
Shooting Contest: In a set amount of time, see who can take the most shots from certain spots.
Targets or a wall can help you practice hitting certain spots with your passes.
One-on-one Pair up and work on your defense against each other.
  3. System for scoring
Incentivize good skills by giving points for each one. For example, give 2 points for finishing a dribble course and 1 point for each made shot.
To get people to compete, keep track of the numbers.
  4.  Limits on time
Limit the amount of time you give each drill to keep the game going and the energy up.
  5. Switch stations
If there is more than one player, move them around to different skill stations so that everyone can work on different skills.
  6.  Take it easy and look over it.
After the tasks are over, get everyone together to talk about what they learned and how they can improve.
